Payment must be received in full before order processing. We accept various payment methods as indicated on our website. All prices are in Japanese Yen unless otherwise specified.
Shipping and Delivery
We offer scheduled delivery services within Tokyo and surrounding areas. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery.
You are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. Additional charges may apply for delivery to certain locations or for special delivery requests.
Returns and Refunds
Due to the curated and perishable nature of our gift sets, returns are generally not accepted unless products are damaged or defective upon delivery. Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt.
Refunds, when applicable, will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Product Information and Availability
We strive to provide accurate product descriptions and images. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content is accurate, complete, reliable, or error-free. Products are subject to availability and may be discontinued without notice.
In the event of a product unavailability, we will contact you to discuss suitable alternatives or provide a full refund.
